What is Rosehill like? Is it safe?

its so hard to try and find a nice suburb to live in i dont drive so i need a train line and i work in auburn i refuse to move out there as i think out west is a bad area to live in. my partner drives and works in glenorie so we are trying to find an inbetween suburb thats not too far from either of us. carlingford looked ok however im afraid to pass dundas and telopea i read some parts of dundas are nice but you have to be on a specific side and im looking for somewhere to live for the long run. sick of jumping from house to house SO what do you guys think? is it a good suburb or not?
