My rates notice charged a Different General Rate (Rate Adjustment) $582.60 Does this sound right?

I bought a land for $142,500 in June 2016. Someone enlighten me please. Thanks.

Hi Esteed, we recently had an Land Valuation done so it might have gone up? If you check on page 1 of your rates notice on the RHS bar there is the Rateble Valuation. If that has gone up from the $142,500 then that could be the reason.
The other thing to check would be on page 2 of your notice has the Category changed?
Hope this helps.
