That'd be the Derrimut Hotel. I believe Prince Phillip stayed there prior to marrying QE2.

Sunshine is a surprisingly dry suburb where pubs are concerned. It has the Derrimut and an RSL. If you count Braybrook, the Braybrook Hotel is very old.
