Selling my home in Dapto to move up to Sydney. Where can I afford to live and be safe? Young family.
We are family of 5 (3 kids, 5yr, 3yr, and 6mths) and have decided its time to move to Sydney to be closer to work. We work in Leichhardt and Waterloo full time. I am so conflicted with picking an area where its safe yet puts huge pressure on finances against, lesser financial burden but end up in a 'not so great' suburb.
our aim is pick somewhere which can cater for 4BR up to $550k for the next 5-10yrs with option to upgrade into something bigger.
where can i go thats affordable yet not a war zone! any suggestions would be appreciated. have been told Glenfield new estate or hills district or even penrith as an option.
