Where to buy. We have been actively looking for house for quite sometime now. We were initially searching in Baulkham hills, as that is where we are renting and we like the place. But looks like its just outside our budget and we cannot catch the rising suburb prices. We have a new born.
What are other suburbs we can start looking at, which is close to public transport, good childcare and mixed community so that the child gets the right environment to grow.
