If you could live in any street in Sylvania Waters, where would it be and why?

That is very difficult to answer. Almost every street is waterfront. I would probably say the James Cook Island it is the very heart (or horseshoe) of Sylvania Waters with waterfront homes on either side of the street, but who needs to drive when you can take the yacht out instead.
