Calling all Templestowe residents to bring footpaths to Serpells Road.

A petition has been started requesting council to look into footpaths on Serpells Road, it really is dangerous for people to walk down let alone basically an open drain. Can all locals please sign this. The link is http://www.change.org/petitions/walk-safely-to-serpell

I agree, I live just off Serpells rd. And walk to get the bus. It's pretty touch and go walking along especially at night.
