The Fitzsimons Lane, Templestowe and Porter Street roundabout is now officially one of the worst traffic roadblocks in all of Melbourne. In peak hour the traffic can be banked up for kilometres.

Crazy idea, but would a tunnel under the road solve it? Bypass the roundabout, or an overpass?
