Hi Jeremy, to answer your question, there isn't really "The Best" in terms of suburbs. Truganina does offer value for FHO for both investment and occupier. Depending on which part of any suburbs you buy into, there will be good and bad parts. As for buying, as indicated it offers a lot of potential and affordable homes in the area.

We are looking to buy a block of land in Mt Cottrell area there is a bit of activity around that area with lot of good size lots available in boutique Olivia estate and Mt Atkinson estate.
