Boomera Coomera - the GC Hot Spot

Seeing as the Coomera area is often referred to in the Media as “Boomera Coomera” and we are a local, family owned and operated Boutique Agency, I thought I would kick this thread off for any Buyers out there looking to find out a bit more about the Northern GC areas, in particular Coomera, Upper Coomera, Oxenford and Pimpama.
These areas have experienced exceptionally rapid housing growth over the past 6 – 8 years – often there are properties in streets for sale that nav man, GPS or maps haven’t even caught up with yet – so don’t hesitate to ask and I shall help in anyway I can. We have access to information that is not available to the public so we shall try to help.
The Upper Coomera area (in general) receives a slightly negative review from certain media or social outlets. There is a large mixture of owner occupier areas and estate and then the specific investment or rental areas; however Upper Coomera in general is a very large scale suburb on the western side of the M1 highway from the Coomera River and Dreamworld, up to the hinterland ridges of Wongawallan. It is a fantastic place to be and offers so much for the future it still blows people away with what the GC Council and town planners have in store.
Any queries about any lifestyle aspect or street in particular I am happy to assist as I have been a local resident for over 16 years, having grown up in the Guanaba Valley on my parent’s farm, to now living in Oxenford with my own family.
