What do you think of the new neighborhood in Upper Coomera?

Thinking of buying a lot and building. Family home. Safe area? Pests?

The area is great for families and has allot of amenities and new infrastructure, we have lived there for 4 years and still happy, dont have pets but dont see any issues. Get in while you can, great place for a patient owner/investor.
