"Those who cant live here wish they could!"

We moved in 10 years ago and boy have we seen the change! Especially in the value of our property! It nearly trebled in price. I feel sorry for all those who can't get a piece of the Point Cook lifestyle and have to purchase in the surrounding suburbs advertising they are within close proximity of Point Cook!
