Maroubra

"GREAT PLACE TO LIVE"

I own an apartment on Marine Pde. Have lived in Maroubra since 2005. Love it! The beach is my courtyard. Great during summer but can get quite congested. Beautiful beach which attracts many surfers, local & tourist.
Randwick council does a great job looking after the street and streetscape.
Could do with better shops down by the beach but the currents shops are good. Shop owners are very friendly.
I love Maroubra beach!

Auburn

"AUBURN A GREAT SUBURB TO LIVE"

Auburn is a great suburb to live and to buy a home. Great convenient shopping. Variety of stores from seafood, fresh produce, meat, mixed business, asian grocery, large retailers like Coles,Woolworths,Aldi,Big W,Victoria Basement,Harvey Norman,Bunnings and many more.
Excellent public transport. Local buses runs 7 days a week. Trains runs regularly and Auburn has 2 train lines to the city. Train runs direct to North Shore and direct to the Western suburbs.
Auburn is 20 mins drive to the airport through the M5. Centrally located close to the heart of Sydney's Homebush Bay.
Auburn has lots to offer. Recreational Olympic Park,Auburn Botanical Gardens , Public parks, public pools, bowling greens, tennis clubs, Rosnay golf course and much more.
Auburn is well designed such as large apartments and units are all on the North side of Auburn and West side is mostly low density housing. Unlike many suburbs where you will find a mixture of low and high density housing which spoils the streetscape.
Auburn municipal has a Tree Preservation Order which helps keep the municipal green and lush.
Through the years Auburn has developed into a booming suburb. Job opportunities is getting larger and better by the years.
I highly recommend buying a home in Auburn,or just visit to do some shopping.

Leura Road

"Auburn is a great suburb to live in."

Leura Rd Auburn is one of the best street if not the best in Auburn. Lovely style of homes from federation & californian bungalows, post war homes and modern. All freestanding homes with no high rise or tall buildings on the street. Tidy homes and gardens. Very quiet street and plenty of on street visitor parking. Tree lined street beautiful in summer to see the red bottlebrush in bloom. Very wide street. Clean street and well maintained nature strips. Very safe neighbourhood with neighbours keeping in contact and a close watch for each other. With residents living on the street from 50 years and over. There are also many new resident on the streets. Properties on this street are highly sought after and have excellent resale value. I highly recommend this street for singles, couples, family and retirees.
