I have lived here for 4 years but now that I am having a family I will be moving it's convenient if you have no kids but I would really not recommend it for families with small children. Main issues include poor air quality but the main issue is noise not only from traffic but from drunks roaming the city streets at night! Also construction and not just buildings but road works at all hours of the day and night and council works which can mean extreme levels of noise i.e. Machinery and jackhammers up to 7 days a week from 7am! It may seem glamorous but the reality is a council that has no regard for its residents! Forget about sleeping in on weekends!
