"Cheap place to live"

I didnt like living here at all. The houses are cheap but the suburb is just full to the brim, way too many houses packed in so close together. Most of the houses are small and have hardly any backyards. Its easy to get lost here as the streets snake around and are so narrow, forget parking on the street. Crime is rife with lots of breakins. This is just a housing development where the developers built as many houses as possible to make as much money as they possibly could. And the lake is a mouldy swamp.

Great for

  • Handy to all major shopping centres

Not great for

  • Break and Enters
  • Houses too close together
  • Streets are rabbit warrens

Bought a house here and really enjoy living here. Is close to the shops and there are many nice homes. Just don't buy too close to the river or down too low due to flooding. Is a quiet neighborhood.
