We nearly bought closer to Brisbane...am I glad we bought here! With the new Centenary lanes open it takes 6 mins to get to Sumner and 10 mins to Mt Ommaney. Whereas when we lived in Mt Ommaney it took over 40 mins to get to Sherwood somedays!

The houses are newish...especially like the first stage of Springfield Lakes by the orignal lakes. We bought a beautiful home for under $650k and are very happy here.

People are friendly and it is great for early morning walks, and for the kids...we never see them as they are out on their bikes or at the playgrounds! My parents retired here and that is why we bought here. I am very glad we did.
