"20 mins into the City yet miles away from the hassle"

Space, dont get caught up by the fact that living in the city gives you access to everything like nightlife, restaurants and activities. Living in this area has it as well without the hassles. Kids have space to run around and meet new friends and you can walk the dog without fear of the Strata knowing you have a pet.

With Marion Centre just down the road with a Community Library, Absolutely great Swim centre and Gym with all the parking you need it makes easy to live the life you want. The numerous pubs like the Holdy, Seacliff and Vic Hotel each having a different flavour will defiantely give you the nightlife your after.

And in the summer, when you can head to Seacliff or Brighton and swim at the cleanest metro beach that Adelaide has to offer, when the kids can snorkel off the beach at Kingston Park and you can take your Kayak and paddle to Glenelg and beyond should you wish. Even walking the foreshore from Seacliff to Hallet Cove is a great activity on a beautiful day.

Living in the area is not just about a house, its a lifestyle change that you need.

No its 20 mins from the City, just not in peak hour traffic. I live next to Brighton rd - Seacombe Rd and driving home at night from work after 7pm is not usually more than 20 mins. If you leave early from home like 7 - 7:15am you beat the traffic in as well. You can live in Mitcham which is 7klms out of the city and it will take you 40mins during peak hour.
