"One of the best streets in Chapel Hill"
Links the Fleming Road shops to Chapel Hill State School, includes several acreages, walking paths and mature trees, has a walking path direct to Kenmore Tavern! Quiet street with great community feel.

Chapel Hill
"Best value suburb within 8kms CBD"
Great suburb with fantastic community spirit. Property values are very affordable given proximity to CBD and airport via Legacy Way. Walking distance to Kenmore Tavern and shops but large family blocks and plenty of parks.
