Victoria Street

"Victoria St - A Good little Street"

Zone 1 Station 600m away, 20 mins to City, Tom O'Brien Park, Parsons St for walking, Our Lady's Primary School and Shopping Centre, Village Cinema 900m away; all this makes it a convenient spot that is still quiet. Lovely renovated period homes, Palm trees. Great little street!

Sunshine

"Great!"

Good little pocket, esp in Mathews Hill. Period homes well maintained & leafy streets. Good neighbors who look out for each other and excellent public transport. Brimbank Council is making some good announcements, but we need more action after years of neglect from their predecessors. The improvements to Parks in Sunshine (Eg Buckingham Reserve $2m redevelopment and $0.300m playground at Tom O'Brien Reserve, are good examples) is good Council work so far, as is $3.2m Hampshire Square redevelopment. If developments like these keep going at a solid pace, plus the Sunshine Station redevelopment, Sunshine will continue to develop as a suburb. Convenience in public transport alone via a clean new station will attract people.
