Simple..The best spot on the Coast.

I have found Brookwater a very pleasant suburb with a great community spirit.

I lived in Springfield Lakes for 7 years and found the first 3 years perfect. But as mentioned by some comments above I found the area slip in many standards as the lot sizes became smaller and the same 4 house designs built in every street. The developer and the local council will not do anything different as all they are concerned about is profit and rates revunue. It's time the locals stood up and complained (real estate owners/agents included) about what is happening instead of pushing the company line for fear of damaging the value of their property or business. If the lot sizes and housing diversity was improved I would consider returning to Springfield Lakes.
