"clean air, stable weather and cool to warm summer nights = excellent"
a developing town/city central to all other regional centres in victoria.
the weather is excellent with relatively stable weather and it rarely has the extremes of summer and winter.
people are friendly and it is very hospitable.
real estate prices have grown and remained stable with multi national franchises like subway and mc donalds recently opening outlets.
on the arts
/culture front it has a strong arts society and within the past year seymour performing arts centre was completed.
I moved here 8 years ago it was the best move i made.
