Yarraville is a vibrant village 6kms west of the city.The village centre is a bustling strip of unique cafes restaurants and bars.Its very central with easy acess to the city by car or public transport.There are beautiful parks surrounding the village.
Individual voices are heard and council rates are used to benefit the community.
There is truck traffic and a lack of secondary schools, but value for money is second to none.
All those eastern suburb blow ins that are bored with the suburb, you only get out what you put into a community.
In Yarraville if you make an effort to get involved you will be greatly rewarded.
I moved here three years ago and have not looked back, financially more stable and i really enjoy where i live.....My neihbour was offered huge money to sell up, he refused cause he couldnt live anywhere else...
