"A good place to live"
it's a quiet place and neighbours are good. people are polite and considerate in general
this is a convenient place for every day life and very quiet, safe.
few min walk to everything such as woolies, coles, bunnings and other shops. there are some restaurants here, but this is the only drawback - not much to choose within 10min walking distance. but if you drive, plenty of options such as manly, warringah , stockland mall etc.
If i can afford to buy a house here, i would definitely choose here.
Great for
- Safe, peaceful, quiet
- Good for shopping
- Clean and green
- Lots of parks, gardens, ovals, green locations
- Proximity to city & public transport
Not great for
- Not many options for dining (within walking distance)
- Not many cons!
- No train, no express bus
- No nightlife (might be a pro for some!)
- A good thing for sure.
