We moved to north Ipswich 1 year ago, it’s a great place for our young family. Close to the freeway, schools, train station, shops. It’s really central to everything and close enough maybe 35-40 minutes to brisbane airport. I think most of the people who have Ipswich a reputation have had to move further out laidly ect due to house prices skyrocketing. Most houses around us are well maintained and being done up. We will definitely buy around north ipswich when we buy a bigger house. Mostly home owner occupied houses and they’re mostly young established couples. It’s come a long way even in the year and a half we have been here. The council is great and they are really putting money into doing it up.
