Mount Druitt
"good place to rent, very good place to have a rental income coz very close to all amenities"
If you live close to westfield and mount druitt train station, its a good place to live, all the amenities that all families need are very close by and walking distance like the shops, schools, medical centre, train station, bus station and bus stop just a few walks away. Its a nice place to live just live in the mount druitt or along belmore avenue near whalan not in its sub-suburbs like shalvey, bidwill, etc where there are many wild teen agers there who came from broken disintegrated families where they have not experienced real love and care from their parents and have no time for them thus they become wild.

Teens/people in general are trouble, unless- employed, studying or both, anywhere in Sydney or the world for that matter.
Too much time on their hands equals trouble.
I come from a "broken family" had real love & care.............
stereotyping & tarring all with one brush makes me "wild"........
Im quite sure there are good teens from "sub suburbs", which will one day evolve & may help you in one way or another.......be it the supermarket checkout, repairing your vehicle, fixing your PC to write stuff on realestate.com.au or an operating table saving you or a relative's life.
