Doncaster

"Park and Ride"

Nice area close to Box Hill. Excellent shopping centre at Westfield Doncaster although parking can be frustrating.

Good access to the CBD on the freeway. Park and ride is also a initiative as you can park and take a bus to the city.

Schools are good and it’s not to far from the private Kew and Camberwell schools.

Boronia

"Affordable Suburban Living"

A friend moved here recently and I am pleasantly surprised. Affordable housing on proper sized blocks. A 45 minute train trip to the CBD and apparently you get a seat!

Lovely drive from Boronia up to Sassafras, about 10 minutes. Here you find lovely cafes and quirky shops.

The Boronia Mall lets Boronia down. My friend hopes this place is earmarked for redevelopment.

Caulfield South

"Nice Parks"

Close to the CBD. Lovely parks and not too far from the beach. The local shopping strip is rundown and unappealing. The area needs revitalising.

Schools are good especially the Jewish private one. Transport is okay but could be better.

"Seaside Location"

Nice area but unfortunately too close to neighbouring Frankston for my liking. Some lovely areas are closer to the creek.

Academy Drive

"40 Minutes to the city"

Academy Drive is a safe frinedly area at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges. A bike path at the end of street connects with other cycle paths in the area. Healthy environment to raise children. Very close to two schools. A Government primary and St Bernadette's Catholic primary. Both excellent schools.

Cafes nearby offer gourmet coffee and treats. And there is a great bakery close at hand. The Thai restaurant and the Tavern are both great for a meal and are walking distance.

All up Academy Drive offers the resident a fantastic family orientated environment to call home. Well cared for homes in a no through road!
