Lived here. Had 3 break -ins in 8 months. Not recommended for families.

One place I never want to live ever again. Crime rates very very high. anti social behaviours. Cars and homes broken in to.
no street is safe enough.
Best options crescent head, port Macquarie, south west rocks or surrounding areas.

"Great street. quiet and safe."
Close to school. Walk to train station. Drive to shopping centre. Generally, not a great deal of eateries (authentic/cheap) in Mandurah.

"Whatley Crescent- Apartment living"
Loved living in a rented apartment here. Close to all shops and public transport. Fairly safe, even though exercise caution at night.. Lively suburb. Close to CBD and Morley. can be Noisy due to train station opposite. Guildford road is always busy.
only bad thing was apartment was old and pests were a problem.

Oofff Little John Road is rough. We had two within 8 months on Fifth rd (next to the church before the units were built).
