I am looking into purchasing my own home in Edithvale after having grown up in the suburb and then being away overseas (New York) for getting my degree in professional musical performance. I have now come back to Melbourne and am still in love with Edithvale and its beautiful beach (with the historical colourful beachboxes) and cafes. The whole feeling of Edithvale is like a little holiday town. I love taking the train from the cbd and coming home to a holiday every single day after work. I usually grab a healthy bowl at Soul Press (which is a beautiful little cafe) and chat to the locals before heading home to the apartment I am currently renting there. I then enjoy a stunning sunset over the sea from my balcony. House prices have risen dramatically here, so I am still waiting for the perfect house to come up that I can afford. I will definitely raise my future family in Edithvale.
