We purchased a property 10 years ago when not married yet because we liked the suburb and atmosphere. Since this time we married and had 3 children. Two years ago we all moved into Kings Langley. This area still has the right neighbours, convienient shops and an M7 nearby. There has been no problems in my street or any nearby. The community likes to go for walks, ride bikes and even has own carols by candelight. We feel safe. In terms of people's con's I prefer not to have local pub within the suburb and avoid drunk behaviour, public transport is fine and most parents send kids to all sorts of High School's that are not in their own suburb.
