Kellyville Ridge

"Inconvenient"

Like kellyville, kellyville ridge is really inconvenient however beautiful. Not my preferred suburb since it’s over 20km away from the city which is the standard radius towards a gco venue by suburb. It’s also very boring since it has nothing apart from residential parks and lakes. The right place for elderly people not for people looking to have some fun.

Spot on! No services at all.
Poor public transport and mass manufactured houses lack character and make it look so much like "plastic". Totally fake.

"Seriously an amazing suburb"

People who live here should be so thankful because they are so lucky that they have this golden opportunity. Newington has so many pros starting from lifestyle, being next to the stadium, cleanliness, greenery, peace and quiet, great neoghbourhoood and much more. Lots of potential for development in this suburb therefore it will continue to grow rapidly and become an even better place to live.

Kellyville

"Inconvenient"

Kellyville is a beautiful suburb however it has very minimal facilities. Since it’s out west it is very cheap to live here. The suburb is VERY VERY faraway from the city which is very inconvenient. It’s pretty boring and basically has nothing to do. It does have some nice residential parks etc however it is very hard to live in a suburb far away from basically everything. Although it looks aesthetically pleasing that doesn’t cover anything since when looking for a friendly suburb the first thing people look for is convenience. In addition there are no reputated facilities here such as schools, hotels, restaurants, stadiums etc.

"A peaceful quiet suburb"

A peaceful quiet suburb with so much potential for development. This suburb is the right choice for families and people who are looking for a peaceful place with many leisure activities such as parks, golf course and much more. The area is very multicultural with a mixture of Australian, Chinese, Korean, European and South Asian cultures. This suburb as well as Lidcombe is misjudged because of a surrounding suburb with a bad reputation.Would definitely recommend this suburb to any home buyers/renters!
