Oxley

"I still call Oxley home"

I love Oxley. i used to live there some years back. We lived in Edenvale Street, its very leafy.
I loved running around with the other neighbor hood kids playing in the parks and riding our bikes through the bushes.

Back then there where a lot of young families and young couples buying in the area because it was reasonably affordable. I remember Oxley wasn't all that crash hot either, but as Brisbane gets bigger and people renovate the lovely postwar home with their nice hard wood timber floors, and the development of the suburbs center near the train the value improves, and will do forever i think.

The people are cool, the trees are nice and plentiful, and there is a strong sens of community in this suburb. i will always call Oxley home.

regards
Jess

Forest Lake

"For first home Buyers!"

Looking for Property under 400K? There are Queenslander cottage type homes on 180m2 to 300m2, not very big blocks but very easy to maintain and are great investment properties, also they are relatively young, around 5-15 years old in a good location. Forest Lake also provides for all wants and needs and that of families, a number of schools and shopping complexes make for Comfortable living.

this particular suburb is a great way to break into the market.
