According to the RACV Fawkner has a lower crime rate than surrounding suburbs, including Coburg, Brunswick, Reservoir, Glenroy and Campbellfield. This reflects our experience of living here. It is definitely safe suburb, crime-wise. Our neighbours are all kind, friendly people. I do agree that cars could slow down on Jukes road. Hopefully the new speed bumps near the high school help.
