Ferny Grove has exploded! population and prices are increasing to the point where the suburb is on the up and up! Very exciting time to be living here to see the new family’s moving in, in conjunction with the new entertainment precinct being built down by the train station and new restaurant precinct at the Great Western. If you are on the fence about buying around here get in quick whilst you can as soon it’s going to be a fancy (expensive) suburb. Loving the growth here!
