"A quiet and safe place to live."

Close proximity to good schools, freeways, shopping and transport.
Plenty of quiet streets and parklands for walking the dog, and soothing the soul after a hectic work day.

Great for

  • Good schools and transport routes.
  • Plenty of parkland
  • Good shopping and cinema complex
  • Close to everything
  • Friendly neighbours

Not great for

  • Traffic noise from major arterial roads.
  • No major department store at southlands.
  • Some houses showing their vintage

Your pro's and cons are a true indication but noise depends where within suburb. Houses are vintage but lend to the your own personal touch whether future buyer or adding value as owner/occupier. Great points made!
