"I bought 2nd property, I luv wenty..... so convenient"
I have bought 2nd house because this suburb is most valuable with so many facilities around... schools are best with multi cultural and high education for kids. There are so many training facilities and sports activities for kids....such as parramatta park.....

The multi culturalism it what fuels Wentworthville and influx of different cultures is drawing the prices higher and higher. I see Wentworthville having a lot of key indicators of on going property growth!
