Point Cook

"Family Friendly Suburb"

Point Cook has a lovely family friendly feel about the suburb. Many young families are moving into the area everyday as it has good size blocks of land to build your DREAM HOME on and affordable properties to purchase.
There are great Schools, Day Care Centres, Parklands, Walking Tracks, plus Point Cook has even more to offer
There is a great sense of Community support in the area where residents come together and help each other out either being a community event or supporting one another.
Point Cook has great Cafe's where you can grab a coffee or go down to the local Town Centre at one of the lovely eateries to have lunch or dinner.
If you are wanting to head to the beach it is just a short drive to either Werribee South Beach, Altona Beach or if you are wanting to go for a day trip it is only 45 minutes to Geelong.
I highly recommend Point Cook if you are looking for that place to call home.

"Neighbourhood Friendly"

This street is ideal if you are looking for a quiet and family oriented area. The neighbourhood are very friendly.
It is located in the Alamanda Estate which has several parks and other amenities that are available to residents.
I would buy or rent a property in this street.
