I can say that I do not need to travel out of here to support my daily needs. I have everything I need within walking distance. Other nearby suburbs are just a short drive away if you wish to explore more shopping choices. A nice place for families with or without kids.

Property prices are not that low but worth the amenities being provided. Location wise is especially great for professionals with many developments having being built. Weekends see many vacationers hitting the cafes and restaurants that are a popular trend here.

People have by far labelled this place as an all-rounded spot. This means that amenities are within reach including various shopping precincts which are usually unavailable in suburbs. You don't have to travel far for daily necessities.

I love that I'm seeing so many people comment good things about this suburb, but I really reckon that people should go down there themselves to see if it's really true for them. Everybody is different and what you like might be different from what I like. That's just my 2 cents. At the end of the day you're spending your own money, so you best be sure!

I think that the location here is seeing a lot of change but retaining its old charm. It really is going to depend on where you decide to stay, but the amount of amenities here are quite commendable from the sounds of things. You might just be able to find a nice place to set up your family. I'd be a bit worried about the seedy characters that some of the reviewers say they've seen, but I'm sure that it's not rampant in the area is it?
