"We needed more life"
I lived here for 6 months, and was very happy to leave. Yes, the houses are gorgeous, the area has prestige, I felt very safe living here. Fantastic library nearby with wonderful, helpful staff. Just not for us - noisy.

"Not for us."
Cons:
Roads are a pain - narrow. Just yesterday I saw two drivers get into a blue because the streets are too narrow and each found it difficult to pass.
Nearby roadworks causing traffic issues. Congestion, noise.
Too humid.
Pros:
Gorgeous houses.
Prestigious.
Close to city.
Cafes/restaurants.
Hamilton library nearby.
Leafy.
