Carlton North

"Inner north's gem"

Fantastic location just moments from the Centre of Melbourne. Wide Streets, many a divided by grassy median strips which double as an area to hang out with neighbours - and trust me you will the people here are friendly.
With a large amount of Victorian and Edwardian era attached and semi-detached terrace houses. The area has gentrified and as a result many of these properties have been renovated.
Check out Rathdowne Village for cafes and restaurants, its the perfect place to catch up with friends and family.

Evans Street

"Unique Street"

Great location in Brunswick with everything in walking distance. Quality restaurants and nightspots, great cafes along Lygon st to stop into, medical services, public transport (tram on lygon), parks and gyms are close by to.
Friendly neighbourhood people I've met have always been friendly to me.
housing is a range of single fronted renovated and un-renovated terraces.
Getting through the street can be a little difficult sometime as with cars parked on the street only one car can get through.

Park Street

"Premier Brunswick Location"

One of the most sought after streets in Brunswick, a quick drive through and it is easy to see why. With Princess park, Royal Park (home to a number of sporting clubs), Royal park tennis club those looking for outdoor sporting activities would be hard pressed to find a better location not just in Brunswick but all of Melbourne. Opportunity to live here though is few and far between. Housing ranges from older blocks of flats with one and two bedroom apartments, through to single front terraces as well as double fronted homes.

Sydney Road

"Central Hub of Brunswick"

The heart of Brunswick has something for everyone.
A range of newly built apartments are being built out along Sydney road, in a range of one, two and three bedrooms. Sizes vary dependant on your budget, but you wont be spending much time there with the range of activities and events in the area.
Restaurants - Something for everyone here but some of my favourite picks would have to be The Brunswick Mess hall (great space for sharing some food with friends), Misoya Sake Bar (I love the Ramen), Green fields (simple Vietnamese food - but delicious).
Live bands at Stay gold, Spotted Mallard, The Bergy Seltzer and The Penny Black all aim to please the locals delight in live music.
Supermarkets - Check out Mediterranean wholesalers for some seriously good pantry items to brighten up your meal, La Manna for your fruit and Veg, Barkly square is host to both Woolworths and Coles if you like the standard fair.

Northcote

"Great suburb with fantastic amenities"

Northcote is relaxed and laid back suburb, that has the energy of High street at its heart. High street is lined with international cuisine ranging from Japenese (Ramen/Sushi take your pick), Greek to the ever popular Welcome to Thornbury which features a different line up of food trucks daily.
Locals of Northcote are spoilt for choice when it comes to cafes, with great cafes both all along high street as well as the local hangouts that serve up a premium cup of Joe. Housing is a mix of Californian bungalows, terrace homes and as is the trend of most inner city suburbs townhomes and apartments. You can get an amazing view of the city from the top of Ruckers Hill, especially on a night when there are fireworks on in the city.
Public transport is fantastic with the suburb serviced by two tram line along with 2 train lines (5 stations in total).
Great parklands and Merri Creek and Darebin Creek are so close for nature lovers.

Melbourne's multicultural hub must be Coburg - If you cant the find a cuisine in Coburg, it probably doesn't exist.
Coburg farmers market and night market are a must to check out if you love fresh food! Enjoy old style entertainment at the drive in check in to on the many events and the Coburg Velodrome.
The people are very friendly and the streets are wide making it a great place to raise a family.
Three tram lines and two train stations, with easy access to Melbourne airport via the freeway getting around or getting away is easy.

Brunswick East

"Vibrant and convenient"

It’s a fascinating dichotomy where the leafy trails of the Merri Creek meet urban grunge. A mix of housing ranges from modern apartments, renovated and un-renovated miners cottages to period double front family homes. Lygon Street is the central hub for a diverse cultural background paving the way for an array of international cuisines in local cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs.
Two trams lines servicing the suburb make getting in and out of the city easy. There a number of dog friendly parks for our four legged friends, and great people to meet while your there.
Leafy streets. Fixie’s. Trendy bars. East Brunswick

Brunswick West

"Community vibe in the inner city."

Featuring large blocks of land for inner city location along with a great community feel you think you are in county Victoria. But then you will be reminded of the close proximity of the city with quickest tram in the north (route 58) or perhaps a day at the Melbourne Zoo is what you are after
Restaurants Mister and missus M on Melville for your morning coffee and snack, finish the night a Cirelli & co and you will be more than happy with your choices of food for the day.
With some amazing views on offer of the city or over the Moonee Valley racecourse (if you know the right places), Brunswick West is a great place to call home.
