I work at Nicholas Scott Real Estate and obviously love the inner west, Yarraville has an unbelievable community, incredible village precinct with great Cafes, restaurants pubs. Its so close to the Melbourne CBD, public transport, bike paths, parks, and with the completion of the western distributor, Yarraville and the immediate inner west will became a place to be! Much more to say but just come and visit. By the way its still cheap Real estate compared to any other inner city suburb.
