Wensley Court

"One of the best streets in Templestowe!"

Quite possibly the best street within a 500m radius. Wensley Court has very prestigious properties with the majority over $1 million. A quiet cul-de-sac, there is a park with a playground for playing children which links to Larnaca Crescent and Whitehall Court. Walk through this park and you will be at Serpell Primary School and Tuckers Road within 1min. Sometimes called "Wisteria Lane", properties in Wensley Court very rarely come onto the market and when they do, they sell! All the neighbours know eachother and it is a very friendly neighbourhood.

Great for

  • Prestigious and million dollar properties
  • Quiet cul-de-sac

"The best place in the area to catch up with friends"

Like the title says - this is the best place to catch up with your friends in the area, especially at night! Great coffee shops and restaurants with very lovely people. All different cultures and foods and very affordable also! Degani, Vibrante and Carlucci's all within 50m and great to sit down, have a coffee and catch up with friends. Along with banks, post office, supermarket, gym, liquor store and hairdresser, all the amenities are on your door step in Templestowe. You will pretty much be able to buy anything from here!
Highly recommend if you are looking for a place after work around the corner from home to grab a coffee!

"The Toorak of the South Eastern Suburbs"

I have grown up in Templestowe for most of my life! Sometimes known as the Toorak of the South Eastern Suburbs it is a very quiet and family friendly neighbourhood to live in. Close proximity to local shopping centre at Stockland The Pines and townhouses and apartments being built up the road. Short drive to the freeway which will get you in the CBD.
Very large family homes in Templestowe and some very prestigious streets with high end million dollar properties. Can be affordable in some streets.
Not much goes wrong in Templestowe, some very very nice coffee places at Templestowe Village shopping precinct, most notably, Melissa Cakes & Restaurant where I tend to spend most my evenings after work.

On a real estate point of view, there is always a demand for people wanting to live in this area! Majority of older homes in Templestowe surpass there current value. Many people want to their children to grow up in this area!

Great for

  • Close proximity to Eastern Freeway and Eastlink
  • Great outlooks and scenery
  • Great parks - Westerfolds, Ruffey Lake
  • Great shopping - Doncaster Shoppingtown, Pines
  • Large blocks - quarter acre, acre sizes

Not great for

  • Poor nightlife options
