Beaufort Way is a beautiful street with its wide roads and neat grounds. Everything about the street is pristine. Beaufort is a beautiful village over in France which makes the best cheese. (a little bit of trivia) However just like the French she is all class. I have lovely neighbours who like a good laugh but do not intrude. The waste management is magic. I do not even have to put it out. The man comes around to the side of my home where the bins cannot be seen and empties and replaces the bin liners. How's that for service.
We have a whole bevie of shops around us. You don't have to go far for anything. The best part is it is only minutes to the M1 highway and 40 mins to Brisbane. So you have the best of all worlds. We are surrounded by Golf Course . Take your pick there are several. It is without a doubt one of the most private and best streets in Gracemere Waters. You too will love the cool breezes that come off the South East aspect to water and the North facing frontage that fills the home with warmth in the winter.
