Moved into the area in June 2020 after searching in Tarragindi, Yeronga and Amberley and realising we were completely priced out of theSe areas unless you live on a main road.

My tip is to get a map showing the topography of the area before looking for houses. Quite a few roads have amazing views of the city or south of Brisbane. The houses are in large plots but still very affordable.

Plenty of families and professionals are moving into the area and are doing extensive work to renovate houses. This suburb is up and coming. Get away from the Beaudesert and Ipswich road areas and look near the border with tarragindi. You will be pleasantly surprised.
