Absolutely stunning scenery!

Has a cashed up holiday goer vibe but doable on a budget also :)

"Close to everything!"
Nice road in a friendly neighbourhood, busy during peak hour but close to parks, schools, cafes, public transport, shopping facilities

"Family Friendly!"
Ideal for starting a family, multiple childcare options, great schools and parks. Close to public transport and health care facilities. Large shopping strip with some great cafes.
