Fraser Rise

"Great place to start a young family"

Fraser Rise is a new Suburb just behind Taylors Hill, Caroline Springs and Hillside. it is a prime location due to there is already shops, Schools, Childcare Playgrounds with BBQ ect. Easy access to freeway and plenty of ways to head into the CBD. Median house prices are already in the $600k+ which is kind of hard for young family to afford but if you can afford it then it will be good investment for your growing family. 90% of houses are owner occupied which is great knowing you won’t see new neighbours every once a year ect.

Tarneit

"All the houses look the same"

Tarneit is an new area and people are buying here a due to the cheap housing but people don’t think about the surroundings. 1 way to go into the city via princess freeway and if there is one car accident you be stuck for a few hours. Small block of land... all the houses all look a like... crime rates are high... over crowded. Driving around Tarneit anytime is like driving through peak hour traffic every hours.. Tarneit will only be good for investment and not good to live in. If you look at realestate you can see for yourself there are a lot of rental properties listed... if you want to live in a better area around the same distance to Tarneit to city look at Plumpton... look at realestate and there will be no rental properties... properties there are owner occupied... price is plumpton is slightly higher but you get what you pay for. That is my 2cents...
