My wife and I bought in Riverstone as an investment, rented out our property for a year but due to other circumstances decided to move into the property and have never looked back! Its a quite suburb and great place to bring up kids but still so close to Major Shopping Centre (Rouse Hill), M7 only 10mins away, Train station which is great as I work in Parramatta. Riverstone is an up and coming area and with the area due to be re-developed in the near future things can only get better.
