"Not pretentious"
Large blocks with large backyards. 5 mins to Fremantle by bus or car, without the pretentious house prices of Fremantle Melville Winthrop. 10 mins riding and bus distance to Western
Australia’s major hospital, Fiona Stanley, as well as progressive Murdoch University. 20 mins by car to Perth of 25 mins by bus/train. 25 mins to Rockingham.

Not sure were you get riddled with crime it has the same crime stats as Iluka which is some of the lowest in Perth, I not looking to argue it just a fact which can be checked on the state crime profiles
