Mawson lakes is a tricky one to judge. Within the establishment it has it's many ups and downs. But do the goods out weigh the bad's ? soon find out!

Many times have I been exposed to Mawson lakes. Ever since i was a little child when mum and dad would go display home hunting in the cascades. As time passed new sections have been built and i take my hat off to them as Mawson lakes is an absolute beautiful modern day neighbourhood. This is due to the man laws the owners must follow, if not followed a fine will be coming your way!

Their are many cafe's, shops and beautiful lakes ( when not dried out ) to look at. Not to mention the world class university facilities ( UNI SA ) and technology center. The locals are friendly and the housing is extremely affordable!.. sounds like a dream right.

Now to the negative.

From Pt Adelaide it takes about 15 minutes to travel to Mawson Lakes so having a normal job in the city or metropolitan areas can be challenging however I hear the transport system is not to bad but who takes a bus these days anyway lol. The second negative is that Mawson lakes is a powerhouse. Literally.. Mawson lakes's power consumption is extremely high due most likely to air-conditioners in the summer as most of the houses are of a cheap build and being in a geographically hotter part of Adelaide this dosent work in its Advantage. You also get planes flying over you daily from Parafield airport and please don't get me started on the mosquitoes you will be encountering if you leave the 4 walls in your house!

Overall Mawson lakes is nifty little up and coming suburb but unfortunately is a little too far away for my liking to Metropolitan Adelaide and I don't think i could substitute the beach for a lake and what not.
If you are looking for affordability and style be my guest you'll love it, but I dont see sustainability in the future as you will be riddled with the negatives!

Just my opinion guys! Go for a drive down to Mawson's and see for yourself !

North Brighton , situated adjacent to Hove and alongside Somerton Park , North Brighton is a little hot pocked on the coast of Adelaide. Having worked and marketed North Brighton Extensively over the last few months, North Brighton is an extremely tightly held suburb. Having said that the demand well out weighs the demand to move into the area! Not to mention the zoning for Brighton High School!!

Being a stones throw away from the beach as well as decent sized blocks ( if not already divided ) then North Brighton is a stunning little place to live. Only 20-25 away from the city and 5 away from Glenelg nothing is too far away to get to.

Take my advice and get yourself down to North Brighton and live a life you could only imagine!

Henley is by far the most versatile and all round suburb in South Australia! ( IMO ) That's quite a big call but let me explain!

What a position! Close to the City, West Lakes or Glenelg! Not to mention the fantastic beach!
Enjoy a coffee with friends and family in one of the many cafe's looking over the water.

Traffic is a problem in summer down the coast but if you're in the burbs you shouldn't find this an issue. I love the pine trees smothering the roads and providing great shade. Henley has many great schools in it's vicinity and the children will love playing on one of Adelaide's most beautiful beaches!

The Rams Gate and The Sandbar are really fun to go down and party on a Friday night. Let me say no more and just learn to love this amazing suburb!

I love the city of Prospect! Lets start with the amayzing line up of cafe's and restaurants on the main strip of Prospect road! YUM! I cant count how many times i've just wondered into a random cafe and fell in love with it.

A bit on the pricy side is prospect but you get what you pay for. Amazing, vintage stunning homes with excellent refurbishment/renovation potential on their decent sized blocks!

A bit of traffic at times especially when the tour down under is under way but overall if you love being local to the city or north adelaide and only 20 away from the beach then their should be nothing stoping you from moving into the lovely neighborhood!

Seaton is like my second home!

Having a family member live in the area, i know vividly what happens in Seaton.

Seaton is a beautiful suburb, if your on the right half of it! if you are on the Grange side of Seaton the congratulations you have a beautiful home and a really friendly neighbourhood ! If your on the Royal Park side, you might be running into trouble with all of the hosing trust homes!

Lets focus on the better half!

Seaton is a glowing suburb and is local to pretty much everything! 25 Minutes from town, minutes away from grange beach and westlakes is right around the corner. If your looking for a great neighborhood with a good spirit then Seaton is for you.

With a prestige golf course at walking distance Seaton can appeal to a whole variety of demographics!

Having lived adjacent to Royal Park for my whole life I've seen a lot of things in my time.

This is a excellent starting point for any new home owner or investor. Their is lots of development in the area and it is an upcoming suburb for sure. It is close to transport, schooling and shopping ! what a trio! The prices are affordable and you have available to you many parks where you can do many recreational activities at a walking distance! wow

My overall conclusion is if you like having a BBQ with some mates at the front yard and don't want to be looked down upon from the neighbors or scared for your life from your locals then this place would suit you. Very neutral suburb and is sure to get better as the years progress! Big blocks and would recommend very much!

Allow me to explain! This is a magnificent street that houses West Lakes most desirable waterfront properties! Tightley held on to , but if your willing to pay the price for waterfront and American styled living then this is the place for you. I say american styled because everytime i go for a run down the street as my detour around the lake , i get a vibe and feel like i'm on Colonial Street ( USA very nice street, featured on the TV show Desperate Housewives) .

Their is a park at one end of the street which is great to play some footy or soccer and not to mention the beautiful lake where you can do all kinds of water activities!

Personally if i could move anywhere it would be in West Lakes and this street would be my favorable choice !

What a street! Really. One of North Brighton's absolute gems!

Gladstone road is really the most gorgeous streets. Location wise you are merely walking distances between Adelaide most desirable high schools ( Brighton High, Sacret Heart College and Marymount College). Furthermore you will never be far from food as their is a local fish and chips shop and Foodland placed on Brighton Road.

Now to the good stuff. How does 1.3 Million for 500 Square meters sound.. Sounds like a true up and coming street/Suburb to me.

If you can fin your way into the tightly held street, stay there and never leave!

With the beach at your door step this street has just about everything accommodated for.

So you want to know a little bit about Brighton hey.. well let me tell you all about Brighton in South Australia.

Brighton is one of Adelaide's most stunning coastal suburbs in my opinion.
Sure Brighton has its ups and downs, some streets are better than others, but the overall feel is amazing. It is only a 25 minute drive to the city and hosts one of Adelaide's best beaches. The neighbours are friendly and the streets at night are super quiet and safe, very different to it's mate Glenelg.

If your after not only a home but a lifestyle then Brighton is the place to be. With it's amayzing line up of boutique shops and cafes down Jetty Street why live anywhere else!

As a born local in Albert Park if anyone knows a thing about the area it is going to be me.
Albert Park is an interesting area. Affordable , local and not alot really goes on. Their is the occasional helicopter flying over at night looking for a crim, and the traffic in the area is very low for traffic cutting through to get from Port Road to Tapleys Hill Road. Their is a problem with the students from peer parking down side streets near buy but other than this Albert Park is a cheap , local , affordable and close to everything you might need ( WestLakes Mall, Public Transport, Petrol, Food, Car Yards, The ports)Its has a child care facility in Botting Street and Our Lady Queen Of Peace Primary school in the area too. Seaton High School schooling zone includes Albert Park also. Sure it's not the best Suburb in SA but its by far not the worst!

Weather your keen for a shopping session at the fine resources of West Lakes or want to go for a nice relaxing stroll along the beautiful lake side track then look no further than the suburb of West Lakes.

Oh Glenelg, you have your up's and your downs , but thankfully the up's far out weigh the downs!! A true boutique shopping hub for kids and adults and not to mention the delicious food scene. The beach is amazing and the coast line is beautiful!!

If you want the true outgoing lifestyle this is the place to be!
