Calcita Avenue is a quiet cul-de-sac, located in the prestigious 'Hyland Green Estate', Elanora. All the uniquely designed houses are built on large blocks and are well maintained. Both sides of the street back onto a nature reserve and many of the houses have views of Tallebudgera Valley and the Hinterland. The street is about a 3-4 minute drive from beaches, the Pines Shopping Centre and schools. There are plenty of bike tracks, recreation areas, dog parks and bus transport within walking distance, via the footpath at the bottom of the street. But most importantly, unlike some parts of Elanora, Palm Beach and Currumbin, Calcita Avenue located well away from the noisy traffic of Gold Coast Highway, the M1 and the Gold Coast Airport flight path!
