Recently moved back here after a number of years and don't regret my decision. I love that there is such easy access to so many things, without the density of inner city living and with lots of great cafes and restaurants opening up. I have always believed that Sunshine's reputation has been undeserved . Yes, you may come across the occasional odd bod in the town centre, but by far the vast majority of people who live here are decent, hardworking and friendly.

Great place to live. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, close in proximity to Kororoit Creek.

I lived here for a few years. Great access to parks and sporting facilities and I always felt safe. What it lacked a little, was a sense of community.
